A powerful and proven leader, with over 20 years in business. Francine Allen-Humphrey worked her way up the corporate ladder to Senior Paralegal than transitioned to CEO. In 2007 co-founded Issues Concerning Women and a few years later took the reins solo where her tenacity lead her to becoming a self published author, local /national radio show producer and sort after public speaker. Francine’s career served hundreds of women and small business owners across multiple platforms to reach their true potential. In her leadership roles, Francine practiced her “empowerment leadership model " There's Power in the Plan". This module moves businesses forward by challenging individuals and groups to tap into a position of power, mindset change, clear decision making, and taking action.
In 2018 Black Tops Business Services was created to serve a more diverse group of business owners and it came to fruition in less than two years.
Francine is an active motivational speaker and coach, conference guest or keynotes speaker and facilitating workshops now including virtual on a variety of topics. She is a Radio Show host of Issues Concerning Women the Radio Talk Show and Finances with Francine & Friends featured weekly on 1350 AM WGPL Joy. Francine is an active member of the Urban League Guild of Hampton Roads currently serves as Vice President, sits on the board of Micro Nonprofit Network, Inc., supports and holds a position with Sister's Network SEVA (secretary), Mentor and Coach for Kempsville High School Entrepreneurship & Business Academy. She holds an BA in Theology, is a Master Financial Trainer and Coach with Bank On, a licensed agent with Five Rings Financial and a member of Toast Masters.
